The rules for using avasandconcepts.com, run by Avas and Concepts Inc., operating as AVAS Automation. Your project itself is governed by the written quote you sign with us. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

1. Information only
The website describes our services and our past work for general information. It is not professional advice for your home, and it is not an offer or a price. Every project is planned on site and governed only by the written quote or agreement you sign with us. If anything on the website differs from your quote, your quote applies.
2. Our content
The photos, videos, text, graphics, logos and design of the website belong to AVAS Automation or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to our pages for personal use. You may not copy, reuse, republish, sell or use our photos, videos or text, including to train AI systems or in other companies' marketing, without our written permission.
3. Brands we work with
Control4, Lutron, Sonos, Dolby Atmos, Starlink and other product names on the website are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to describe the products we install. AVAS Automation is an independent business and is not owned by or speaking for those companies.
4. Reviews and results
Reviews shown on the website are our clients' own words from Google. Every home is different, so the results described in reviews and project stories are examples, not a promise of a particular result for your home.
5. Our ads and promotions
We advertise on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube. Our ads describe our services and show our past work as examples. An ad is not an offer or a quote. Any special offer applies only as described in that ad, for the dates stated, and only once it is confirmed in a written quote. We may change or end a promotion at any time, and an error in an ad, such as a typo, does not bind us. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms.
6. Accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but products, specifications and services change, and the website may contain errors. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
7. Other websites
The website links to other websites, such as Google, YouTube, Instagram and manufacturer sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, no automated scraping of our content, and no false or harmful information sent through our forms.
9. Limits of our responsibility
The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using or relying on the website, or from the website being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be limited by agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about the website.
